On entering this semi detached barn conversion property, guests will be able to make themselves at home in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which clearly expresses the owner s stylish sense of taste, with its slate floor, exposed beams, and cosy woodburner. At one end of the room, the lounge area is furnished with comfortable sofas, from which guests can relax and watch the Freeview TV/DVD. A shared onsite laundry room houses a washing machine, tumble dryer and an ironing board, as well as a range of DVDs, books, games and wellingtons for guests to borrow. On the first floor of the property, there are two bedrooms: a spacious king size room, and a cosy single, both of which benefit from their own TV/DVD. Guests should be aware that the upstairs rooms have some limited head height, due to the sloping ceilings. The bathroom is another generously sized room, which offers both a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. A door from the first floor landing opens onto a flight of external wooden stairs, which lead down to the enclosed courtyard patio, where there is outdoor furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings in complete privacy. There is an additional patio area with seating to the rear of the property, which makes a lovely spot to enjoy drinks in the evening. In addition to this, guests are able to make use of a paddock, and the 12 acres of woodland that surround the farm.
