A very comfortable cottage with great views across the North Devon countryside. The property comes very well equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. We received a very warm welcome from the owner and the welcome pack of milk, a beer and some prosecco was a lovely touch. There is plenty to see and do in the area with a sandy beach, restaurants and a shop a short distance away at Instow. The Tarka trail provides a lovely and varied cycle route and is worth exploring in both directions out of Bideford.Overall we had a fantastic holiday at Weach Barton and can highly recommend this property for a very relaxing holiday.

Best holiday we have had for a long time . Quiet , relaxing. Owners are brilliant especially the welcoming pack after a long journey.Highly recommend. Absolute gem hidden away beautiful scenery however close to local attractions nice to see all the animals and an actual working farm something for all the family enjoyed our precious time immensely.

We enjoyed our holiday at Weach Barton Granary. It is set in the countryside but very close to Bideford and Instow - Instow particularly is a very attractive village on the river estuary. It does not take very long to get to some beautiful beaches. Julie our host was very helpful and she left items of food and drink for us on our arrival. Her husband and son who worked on the farm were very friendly. The converted granary is very suitable for two adults but it would be rather crowded if there were three adults! The cooking equipment was fine but it needed some sharp knives for food preparation!! Overall we have had a very happy time.
