The ancient port and market town of Bideford, where you can catch the MS Oldenburg to Lundy Island, is an easy walk down the quayside. For a change of scenery, take a trip to the beautiful beaches of Westward Ho! and Instow which offers lots of entertainment for children whether it playing in the surf or building sand castles. As you enter the property, on your left you have a well equipped kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine, boasting views of the estuary through the lounge. Two advanced elements kayaks are available for experienced kayakers by arrangement with the owner, 2 bikes are also available by arrangement.
