The open plan living, kitchen and dining space means you can relax together in style, whether you’re creating a culinary masterpiece for two or just whiling away a cosy evening on the leather sofas.
When the sea views beckon, step outside onto your sunny patio. Just imagine enjoying a glass of something bubbly on your patio with the sun on your face, or dining al fresco whilst the moon rises over the sea. Who says you have to leave the views when it’s time for bed? The bedroom has access to the patio too, so you can wake up and step outside for a breath of fresh air and be greeted by the most beautiful of sun rises.
There’s a little luxury in the bathroom, thanks to the double walk-in shower, so you won’t even have to take turns to shower off the sand after a day on the beach when you return to your home from home. You’ll be welcome to make use of the lawned communal garden too, so if you bring your pet with you he’ll be able to stretch his legs in between outings.

Access via very steep steps. View partially obscured by large plastic shed in garden. Living room had ant invasion whilst we stayed. Lawn very untidy. Upstairs flat empty so no noise or garden share. Wi fi off for two days. Great location, good value and rooms are large. The bathroom is a good standard, but no socket to charge toothbrush. Kitchen spacious but only two pans and no teapot. Our second visit and would be happy to stay again, despite the minor issues as the property is modern and well placed for visits to Teignmouth and Dawlish with bus stops outside; Exeter is only one and a quarter hours away by bus, and the park in Newton Abbot is lovely.

Lovely flat very clean and bright and very peaceful when we visited. Bed very comfortable and shower great after a long day sightseeing The flat is down a flight of wooden stairs which some may find steep and parking space is on a incline that some may find difficult to reverse in and out ofWould definitely recommend the train from Paignton to Dartmouth and the caves in Torquay The shops in Totnes are well worth a visit with so many independent shops that we enjoyed looking aroundTeignmouth is very nice for an afternoon look around and cake from the bakery
