Constructed in 2021, Holly has been finished to a very high standard to create the perfect place to make lasting memories. Pristine and gracefully furnished, this eco-friendly cottage is set on one level, enjoy charming views over the surrounding countryside. It has underfloor heating and a private 5-seater hot tub and outdoor seating in the enclosed garden, perfect for enjoying those long summer evenings together. Guests will love the contemporary open-plan living area space which is stylish and full of light. The kitchen is fully equipped and the dining area is a great space to enjoy a romantic meal together. After a fun-filled day exploring South Devon and Dartmoor, why not kick back on the plush sofa, relax and watch your favourite movie on the Smart TV.
Little Dunley Cottages have worked hard to minimise their impact on the environment. The heating for each of the cottages is provided by solar panels and a biomass boiler which uses waste wood from a neighbouring business. The complex provides all their own water using a borehole on site and a fully serviced water treatment plant. Guests also have use of the fishing lakes (licence required) and the tennis court.

Excellent accommodation. Everything clean and working as you would expect. Hot tub nice touch after a busy day exploring the area. Lots to see and do and we had some lovely walks. Owners checked all okay on arrival and we had a welcome pack with a bottle of fizz. Very pleasant week.
