Red Rock apartments are situated in Dawlish Warren, just a short walk from one of South Devon’s best loved sandy beaches and the pretty coastal town.
Your ground floor apartment has everything you’ll need for a relaxing break. The open plan living, kitchen and dining area is a welcoming space. When it’s time to return to your home from home after a day at the beach, you can open the large patio doors to let in the last of the day’s sun and relax on your patio with your favourite book and a cup of coffee.
Dawlish Warren Beach has plenty on offer to keep the whole family entertained, from the long sandy Blue Flag beach and sheltered dunes to the beachside amusements and cafes. You can take a leisurely stroll to Dawlish via the scenic coastal path, where you can see if you can catch a glimpse of the famous black swans.
If you decide to explore further afield, you can hop in your car and discover the gorgeous South Devon coast or hire bikes and explore the Exe Estuary trail for a fun day with the family.

Parking
There is one allocated parking space per apartment. This is based within one of the three nearby car parks. 2 car parks are right in front of the apartments and 1 (the largest one) is at the side of the apartments.
If a second parking space is required, this can be checked with the property manager, however we cannot guarantee that a second space can be offered. There is a nearby pay and display council car park, opposite the apartments which can be used for a second car.
