A secluded beach lies just across the railway bridge to the east. To the west are wide, sweeping views across the bay to Exmouth. With such a central location, this is the perfect apartment for anyone who wants a beach holiday in a picturesque setting.

There were some aspects which unfortunately let the property down. Water marks on the ceiling and walls in the bay window in the living room. Brown marks on the towel radiator in the new en-suite, the shower basin did not drain well. Only 1 light working in the living room. Large sofa needs a new base or replacing. Brown marks/tea stains inside the cups, marks on cutlery, dirty washing up bowl. Positives were the beds were comfy, bed linen and towels were clean. Full size fridge/freezer. Outstanding views, friendly neighbours and allocated parking.

Apartment 13 is lovely however let down quite badly with poor cleaning, the frames on the windows was dreadful black around the handles to open the windows, the net curtains in the bedroom needed a wash, there appeared to have been a leak from the ceiling running down the wall in the bay window this hasn’t been redecorated and reading some of the previous reviews it must have been there quite some time. The sofas in the lounge has seen much better days and were so uncomfortable that we couldn’t use them so thank goodness for the bucket chairs. Also I find it quite unusual that there was no hairdryer or fan, as they are provided in the other apartment you rent out in this block, perhaps this should be put in the apartment info for future guests. The other thing is the large bedroom windows opens onto what appears to be someone’s patio area. If these problems were addressed you would have a fabulous apartment.
