A traditional bungalow, great for families wishing to explore the popular seaside resorts nearby!

Stoneborough is a very well maintained, detached bedroom bungalow with two double bedrooms and lovely well maintained gardens and patio. The bungalow is in a quiet area of Bishopsteignton, where you'll find a couple of pubs which serve good food, newsagents and village grocery store.

The village also has a vineyard and micro-brewery which do tours for anyone interested in learning more about viticulture and brewing.

Popular Shaldon is just a short drive away – a lovely little town with excellent pubs and cafes, take a stroll and stop for a coffee overlooking the water, this really is a lovely destination and well worth a look.

Stoneborough is in a great location, close to the coast with some lovely countryside walks on the doorstep. A good option and a really comfortable holiday home.

 

Accommodation:

Living Room: Lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating for four guests to relax in front of the TV with Freeview and DVD player. There is also WiFi connection. An archway leads into the dining area.

Dining Area: Wooden dining table, chairs, sideboard.

Kitchen: Modern and tastefully decorated and equipped with plenty of cupboard space, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.

Utility room: Washing machine.

Conservatory: Bright, sunny room with cane sofa and chairs. Wide sliding doors to patio and large rear garden.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Double bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and electric shower over, WC & handbasin.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds with en-suite shower room, W.C. and wash handbasin.

Outside: Garden and Patio area which is well established and beautifully maintained.

 

Parking: Private off road parking on the driveway.

 

Facilities and services: WiFi connection available. Bed linen and towels provided. (Beach towels not provided.) Arr/Dep. For weekly bookings is Saturday. Short breaks available in low and mid season.
