We really enjoyed our stay at Toffee Apple, the proximity to Dartmouth was brilliant, close enough but out of the business, equally accessing the whole area was really easy right out the gate. The golf course was always busy and kept to a high standard. We enjoyed using the pool which has restricted hours for children (was expected) but felt the country club was a little tired. The cottage was lovely, had everything you needed and more, plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, hairdryers and useful extras like a beach cart, tennis rackets and balls, buckets and spades. We loved the feel of the property and especially the conservatory for an extra room to sit in and for dining in. Nicely laid out with spacious rooms and private bathrooms and of course lots of cushions and throws 💜 which all adds to the homely, cosy feel. It was a lovely week, thank you.

This is an immaculate and well appointed house, even at Christmas we could not have asked for better or extra to make our stay more perfect.The hosts sorted out an issue we had really quickly to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The welcome pack was extremely generous and thoughtful.(Someone else has written a review about a steep hill to the property - yes there is a slope or steps up to the property, but the hosts have a trolley to use to take belongings from the car to the property.)The cleanliness and attention to detail was amazing.To be able to have the use of the gym and pool in the hotel made it even better.In short, we have had a perfect stay!
