Greenover can accommodate up to four people and is perfect for either a couple’s retreat, a convenient base for friends or a family holiday. Private and tucked away, this is an ideal hideaway for those who know and love Totnes, well-known for its vibrant, bohemian culture, and range of popular bars, restaurants and eclectic shops.



Please Note:  

  • This property may be suitable for those with walking disabilities and the infirm - Greenover has been developed to allow free movement for wheelchair users once inside as the living space and doors are all built wider than standard properties to allow room for a wheelchair to manoeuvre around with relative ease. There are 8 shallow steps leading from the parking area to the front door, but these comply to current specifications for disability access and are safer than a ramp. There are also two steps down from one part of the decking to the next.  For further information please call to discuss the property's suitability prior to booking.
