Up on the first floor sits a mezzanine snug, offering a quiet haven for adults to escape to with a good book or a hideaway for the little ones to play. Outside the cottage is a large lawned area with a patio, where you can sit out with a barbecue in the summer months and appreciate your tranquil surroundings, before taking advantage of the fantastic amenities on site. Blackawton is the perfect place for a relaxing retreat to the south of Devon. In terms of amenities, the village offers its own shop, a Post Office and a welcoming pub, as well as wonderful walking routes allowing you to explore the beauty of the area. Dartmouth can be found in easy reach, boasting a plethora of coastal attractions including historical wonders, the nearby National Trust of Coleton Fishacre House & Gardens, and even more scenic walking routes. Near to Halwell, Kingsbridge and Totnes, there's plenty to explore around Blackawton.
