Snaptrip says

Little Piccadilly is a well-regarded cottage in Devon, praised for its cleanliness, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches from the owners. Guests appreciate the peaceful location with scenic views, though some mention narrow lanes. The property is equipped for a pleasant stay, with a few suggestions for minor improvements.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The majority of guests found the cottage to be spotless and well cared for, with one exception mentioning dust and a vacuum issue. The high level of cleanliness is consistently noted across reviews.

The location is described as picturesque and peaceful, ideal for exploring South Hams and nearby towns. However, some guests found the narrow lanes challenging and the property slightly isolated.

Guests report the cottage as comfortable, with high-quality bedding and a homely feel. There is a single mention of difficulty with heating, suggesting room for improvement in this area.

While the cottage is generally well-equipped, there are mixed reviews about Wi-Fi and mobile signals, and some guests suggested improvements such as better fridge space and kitchen ventilation. Due to the lack of consistent comments on facilities and maintenance, a definitive score cannot be provided.

The owners are frequently commended for their thoughtfulness, including welcome packs and parting gifts. While these gestures are highly appreciated, it is important to note that such personal touches, though likely, are not guaranteed.

We felt very comfortable there for our holiday. Even on our one very wet day we occupied ourselves with the books, games & a jigsaw ( there was a good choice of everything). Parking at the front of the cottage was fine and close to the entrance door. veiws of the sheep with their lambs, and the countryside from the windows were beautiful. Our only concern was the location, theoretically ideal for access to the south coast, Dartmouth, Plymouth & Totnes areas, but rather alarming to an unconfident driver. The very narrow country lanes, off in every direction from the cottage, meant quite a few miles travelled before any wider road was reached. Hence we restricted travelling to & from the cottage to once a day, ensured we were back before it went dark & were grateful we only had a small car..The owner was very kind, she left us wine, crisps, milk & teabags to start us off & some freshly laid eggs to take home, which were delicious.

Our only comment is that it would be worth putting an extract fan in the external wall at the end of the kitchen units for when the hob or oven are in use as its tends to fill up the living area with steam etc. All the best Matt
