The Hayloft is idyllic for a small family who are looking for a contemporary property, which is also close to many beaches, and is situated in the heart of South Devon.

Alternatively, in the summer, there is a lovely enclosed courtyard garden to the front, where guests can lose themselves in their favourite book.
This delightful holiday property is close to all amenities, and is situated just off the A379, between Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. Instead, guests can keep themselves close, and head to the village pub for a quiet drink and a bite to eat.
There is a private farm lane down to Frogmore and Salcombe estuary which then meets the public footpath to Frogmore or West charleton.
Beach 4 miles. Shop 100 yards, pub ¼ mile and restaurant 2 miles.

An exceptionally well maintained property. Very friendly owners and all the facilities you need. Location does require you to use the car for most activities. Local pub is close by but unless you use the public footpaths around the fields it’s a hazardous walk down a narrow road without a footpath! A nice touch is the access you get through the owners private land to access Frogmore creek and the public footpaths.
