It's on a large housing estate . Bottle of wine and milk was appreciated thank you .The sofas were very uncomfortable and the small bedroom is very claustrophobic with no storage . Bath only usable for a shower, really awkward to get out of . A washing line would be helpful. Parking a bit difficult on some days as garage is too small for the average sized car . Think a deep clean is needed. Emergency numbers for Dr's , hospital, chemist etc would be useful

Neither sofa is particularly comfortable, but the sofa bed is really not nice to sit on...you expect more comfort for the price and I think it's a priority to sort that out. Great storage in the main bedroom, but the second bedroom has none, so a bit awkward. The fridge is very small, though the oven is great. Bathroom and kitchen doors stick on the flooring tiles and need planing off. The kitchen tap is loose and leaks at it's u-bend. Overall whilst it was 'ok", we were a bit disappointed and won't be staying here again - it just has a buy to let vibe about it, as opposed to a comfortable and welcoming holiday home. Nothing some TLC couldn't change for the better.
