Please note: No children under 10 years old.. A beautifully presented two bedroom, two bathroom, penthouse apartment with stunning River Dart and Britannia Royal Naval College views. It has the benefit of allocated parking for one medium car. It is located in the very heart of Dartmouth and is just a few minutes level walk from the quay and the many restaurants and shops Dartmouth has to offer.

Linen and towels will not be provided for any ‘extra’ beds ie z beds, sofa beds, stora beds unless otherwise requested 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Please note: The lift at the property is currently out of use.
Please note: parking is not available at present as gas mains are being installed in the road leading to the carpark. This is due to continue until the 23rd December 2025.
Owner is happy for guests to park in the main carpark nearby and keep their receipts and she will refund the guests when they have emailed them to Devon-office@cottages.com.

Second time we’ve stayed here and absolutely love everything about it. Would be hard to find a better view, brilliant location and the parking although tight is a bonus. The only slight dampener would be not being told that the lift was now in use. One of our party was disabled and the stairs are were a struggle

Very pleased to report that the lift WAS working. We really appreciated the availability of a free car parking space, especially looking at public carparking fees locally.The appartment was clean, well furnished and equipped with qualiry appliances.Fantastic views over the river Dart and marina. Always something to see and do.Spoiled for choice locally for eating out.Recommend future guests take a good fan to help cool the apartment.

Exceptional views and the apartment was spotless. Kitchen well equipped and bed comfy (blackout curtains would be amazing). LIFT IS NOW WORKING FROM 11.7.26! Found this out as loaded last bag into car on departure - would have appreciated a note from lift repairers but we have got fitter during the week!! Spacious apartment and good drying room in conservatory - no need for a tumble dryer. Has parking space for a medium size car - very narrow space but a car park space in Dartmouth is a big bonus. Would love to come again.
