The family bathroom and the main living area are located on the first floor, which can be reached by taking the stairs. Utilise the well-equipped kitchen/diner where you can whip up brunch to be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or arrange the dining table in the spacious sitting area where you can also relax on the plush sofa with the Smart TV in sight. Continue climbing to the second floor, where you'll find two super-king-size bedrooms (zip/link), both serviced by a shower room. There are also double and twin bedrooms on the third floor, providing your group with plenty of room to relax and recharge. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the private, enclosed patio before venturing into town, where you'll discover a range of shops and restaurants to make your stay more convenient. The National Trust natural reserve of Little Dartmouth is nearby and is worth packing your walking boots for. You'll also arrive at the Dartmouth Museum, Castle Cove Beach, and Compass Cove Beach in close vicinity. Visit the Totnes Rare Breeds Farm by travelling inland along the River Dart or ascend up to the ruins of Totnes Castle for breath-taking vistas across the country. Be sure to add Berry Head National Nature Reserve to your itinerary for some wildlife spotting, as well as Brixham Harbour and Churston Cove for further coastal views.     The courtyard is not really usable because of noise and smell from industrial extractor fan from the takeaway next door. The location is a short walk from the centre but is opposite a very noisy pub and next door to a pizza takeaway shop. Not very salubrious! We had some problems with the remote which opens the garage door. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. The garage is very narrow and difficult to use without scraping your car - even a small car like ours! Despite double yellow lines outside we found access to the garage frequently blocked.
