No smoking. Please note: This property has a £250 security deposit.. A luxury two-level lodge located just minutes from the historic naval town of Dartmouth. Close to Blackpool Sands and Slapton, it offers a beach holiday in a countryside setting. A truly unique find that’s sure to impress! The accommodation is on two levels and is ideal for families or couples looking for a peaceful rural retreat. The living area on the ground floor includes a well-fitted kitchen, shower room with sink and toilet, small dining table and a living area where the sofa converts into a queen size bed. There is also a kingsize bed, concealed by a privacy curtain. Up the spiral staircase is another double bed and a quirky ’kids only’ den - accessed by a push-along wooden car - that’s complete with an Xbox and various games.

The shepherd’s hut has its own private entrance and use of a chic wooden lodge that is perfect for undercover al fresco dining and as an additional space. Oak Tree Lodge is located close to a working dairy farm and as such, guests can expect farm traffic on the lane outside the property. This is infrequent and most of the time, the only noise you will hear is the mooing of cows and tweeting of birds.

This will be collected automatically 7 days prior to arrival and refunded (unless a damage claim is received) 7 days after the end of your stay. Please note that your refunded security deposit will take 3-5 days to appear in your account. For your convenience, we'll take this payment from the last card used to make payment to us. If you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please let us know before the security deposit is due
