Annual ticket for town car park included (during Regatta week/s the car park is closed but the parking permit is valid for the Park & Ride on the outskirts of town). No smoking. Please note: No children under 12 years old. The property has a low balcony and a drop from the low terrace wall.. Kitcat Cottage has been fully refurbished and redecorated, and is presented to a very good standard, with two bedrooms and a large south facing terrace for al fresco dining.

This is a fantastic small cottage right in the centre of town. Ideal for eating out or a beautiful ride up the river and back. We enjoyed it immensely. And we will definitely be back.

This place has a great location and good facilities. Like someone else mentioned, a blind in the kitchen would give a bit more privacy and keep the heat out. The only problem we had was with the bathroom - the bath would not drain away and the toilet needed a clean on arrival.
