4 Dartmouth House is a comfortable ground floor apartment. An entrance hallway leads to all rooms. Lovely open plan living accommodation has wooden flooring throughout, with a modern and well equipped kitchen with fitted units, wooden worktops and a range of appliances. The well appointed and very comfortable living space has two sofas and an armchair, plus a coffee table and TV (with Sky Freeview) and a DVD player. French windows open out to a good sized terrace with river views, furnished with a table, chairs and bench, providing a wonderful place to relax and watch the world go by. The dining area has a dining table and four chairs.
The spacious master bedroom has a King-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a large fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. This room leads onto an en suite bathroom with a large shower cubicle and w.c. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a fitted wardrobe. In addition to the en suite (above) is a modern, fully-tiled family bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c and vanity unit with basin, and heated towel rail.

The accommodation was first class and the flat was lovely and cosy. It made a super base in Dartmouth to celebrate my birthday.

There was some dust evident on the skirtings and under furniture which doesnât help people with allergies. It is in a good location so close to the shops and waterfront. The underground car park is a great facility.

The property had two well equipped bathrooms with very good shower facilities. The lounge / kitchen area was spacious and well equipped. The only way I believe the property could be enhanced is by having a larger screen television.
