Set on the clifftops above the South Devon coastline, you’re perfectly placed to explore nearby beaches, coastal walks, and popular spots including Blackpool Sands, Slapton and Dartmouth.

This family run holiday park provides a peaceful and tranquil holiday at any time of the year and occupies 20 acres of unspoiled Devon countryside, in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Leonards Cove has a convenience shop along with a newly refurbished restaurant and bar, serving fresh and locally sourced food.

The blue flag beach at Blackpool Sands, one of Devon’s most famous and unspoiled coves, is just half a mile away and offers swimming, watersports, fishing and fun family activities.

Due to the setting of the park, some walkways/pathways may be steep/hilly..

Please note: Our onsite restaurant Trattoria Spaggia will be closed from Monday 28 September and will reopen on Friday 2 October. There are a variety of excellent local dining options nearby, and our team will be happy to provide recommendations.
