The principal bedroom features a king-size bed and ensuite shower room, while the second bedroom has zip-and-link beds that can be set up as twins or a super-king. A third bedroom with bunk beds is ideal for children, alongside a family bathroom with bath and shower.
Practical touches make stays effortless, from the utility cupboard with washing machine to the cot, highchair and stair gate available on request. While the house welcomes children and dogs, families should note the original Georgian staircase is steep and the terrace, though large, is not fully enclosed.
Guests also have the option to purchase a day pass at the neighbouring hotel, with use of its indoor and outdoor pools and sauna – perfect for a little added indulgence between adventures.
When it’s time to explore, you’re directly on the South West Coast Path, with Blackpool Sands a short walk away and Dartmouth just five minutes by car or bus. Back home, East Farwell offers space, tranquillity and a refined yet relaxed atmosphere – the essence of a South Devon escape.
