Snaptrip says

Guests are captivated by the stunning views and prime location of 21 Above Town, with its proximity to local amenities and the harbour. The property's cleanliness and comfort are well-regarded, although some guests suggest improvements in maintenance. The inclusion of a garage is appreciated, despite its tight fit for larger vehicles.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is generally praised for its cleanliness, with specific commendation for being 'spotlessly clean'. However, there are concerns about the smell of pillow protectors, suggesting room for improvement.

The location is highly praised for its exceptional views and convenience to town, restaurants, and coastal walks. The steep access and steps are noted, but do not significantly detract from the overall positive feedback.

Comfort is acknowledged as satisfactory with a 'very comfortable' living space. Criticisms include the need for blackout curtains and a more suitable duvet for warmer weather, indicating some areas that could enhance comfort.

Facilities are deemed adequate with all essentials for a self-catering holiday. However, guests have suggested improvements such as better garage access, light-blocking curtains, and the addition of a hair dryer.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the property owner, therefore this category cannot be scored.

Great location for the shops, restaurants, harbour and coastal walks. Property is a little dated but very comfortable. Parking is a nightmare in Dartmouth - we took our smaller car, an Audi A3 which we managed to squeeze into the garage. Alternative would have been the park and ride out of town or shuffling around between the various town car parks which are all short stay. I would recommend this property.

The scenery from every window is breathtaking. We didn't watch much TV, we didn't need to. The property was clean to a very good level & had Everything you need for a good holiday.

What a superb apartment, spotlessly clean and with an exceptional view of the estuary. No need to worry about the smart TV just watch the view there is always something going on. A definite plus is garage parking which is a real bonus in Dartmouth. The garage is likely to be a pretty tight fit for larger cars but it was fine for our Mini. Probably about 2-3 inches to spare either side of the wing mirrors. Anything bigger best to check the exact size with Sykes before hand. Overall a great place to stay and I'm sure we will be back.
