This lovely cottage offers everything you would need to enjoy a family holiday in this beautiful part of North Devon, with many coastal and countryside walks right on the door step. The amenities of the picturesque coastal village of Lynmouth are only a very short walk including an a choice of individual shops, tea rooms, restaurants and pubs. The famous water powered Cliff Railway provides easy (and unforgettable) access to the twin village of Lynton perched high above the cliffs.

We had a lovely family stay at Marsden cottages. Location was perfect walking distance to the heart of Lynmouth, nearby walking trails, pubs and coastline. The property was very cosy, well equipped and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
