Guests say

Siskin Cottage in Lynton, Devon, is consistently praised for its beautiful, well-equipped interiors and stunning views. Guests find it cosy and spacious, ideal for families with teens and pets. The location offers direct access to walks and runs, though the steep terrain may challenge those with mobility issues. The terraced garden is a highlight, albeit not suited for very young children.

There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide a score for this category.

The cottage boasts a great location with amazing views and easy access to local walks. The steep hill may be a consideration for some, but overall the location is highly regarded.

Guests describe the cottage as cosy, comfortable, and spacious, with a particularly comfortable bed. The presence of a log burner adds to the cosy atmosphere.

The cottage is well-equipped with a stylish kitchen and quirky garden. Parking can be tight due to the narrow lane, but this seems to be a temporary issue.

The cottage is in a fabulous position high up, overlooking Lynton and the sea. It’s been furnished to a high standard and is an exceptionally comfortable stay.

A fantastic cottage, comfortable and cosy yet also spacious, with great views. A short walk into the village - it is down a steep hill so anyone with mobility problems might struggle, but otherwise I'd definitely recommend it. It's a great base to explore the area from, lots of great walks, and Lynton and Lynmouth are beautiful villages. We loved it and would stay again

We had a delightful stay despite the bad weather. The cottage is decorated and furnished to such a high standard, it was giving us inspiration for our own home renovations! The view is amazing and well worth the short incline walk from the shops, cafes and restaurants of Lynton. The bed was so big and comfortable, really did not want to leave. If we weren't about to have a baby (it's not massively child friendly) we would book again in a heartbeat - maybe in a few years time!
