Cottage is in a perfect location, close to all amenities in Lynton, and just a walk from Lynmouth and valley of the rocks. It is an older property so doesn’t have some of the more modern features but we visited in April when it was still quite cold and the cottage was warm and comfortable to come back to in the evenings. And it really is the most beautiful area in the world to visit. This cottage also has a private garden and private parking, which in Lynton and Lynmouth is so rare. And it is tucked away so even at busy times to feel you are away from it all when you get back there. On the whole, a great place to stay.

Value for money. Didn’t expect luxury because of what was paid. Things were a bit tired and it would be an idea to advise guests that they need to bring toilet paper.

Had a wonderful time at the cottage. Even had a Christmas tree up for us when we got there. We will be back!
