This beautiful barn is situated just a short drive away from the Victorian fishing town of Ilfracombe. With an array of eclectic independent shops, galleries and a renowned theatre, Ilfracombe offers a wonderful holiday retreat for those looking for a cultural experience. For keen walkers, this area offers easy access to rugged coastal walks or breath-taking rambles across Exmoor National Park. Located on the North Devon coast, there is a plethora of golden sandy beaches to discover, more notably Saunton Sands and Woolacombe, both of which are within easy driving distance. Discover some of North Devon’s finest offerings including a selection of National Trust sites, adventure parks and pretty gardens to explore. For a relaxing day out, Lundy Island is well worth a visit. You can see the Island on the horizon and is home to a wide variety of wildlife and marine life. The MS Oldenburg departs from Ilfracombe so arranging this trip couldn’t be easier.

On entering the split level detached barn, you will realise a sense of light and space. From the hallway the first bedroom is accessed by a spiral staircase, and is a beautiful luxurious bedroom with exposed beams. A large super king-sized bed with Smart TV, walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with roll top bath with shower attachment and WC. Both other bedrooms are located on the ground floor, 1 super king-size with Smart TV/DVD and en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom. Heading down steps in the lounge is bright and airy room with French doors overlooking the garden and out towards the sea, the lounge is equipped with a Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD. The kitchen, with it’s a frame beams and country style is well equipped to prepare and cook your favourite meals, with a large gas range style oven and hob with dishwasher. The utility room next to the kitchen houses the fridge/ freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an additional shower room with WC.

Heading outside is a patio area, large garden, garden furniture, swing bench, BBQ and Hot Tub.
