The property is just a 20 minute drive from the lovely town of Barnstaple, where there are a wealth of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. A short stroll from the barn and you are in the village centre where there are two pubs, a small shop and Post Office. For golfers, the beautiful Libbaton Golf Club is nearby. Other attractions nearby include RHS Rosemoor Gardens and Dartington Crystal, as well as the fishing villages of Appledore and Clovelly, and the sandy beaches at Woolacombe and Saunton to name but a few.
