The kitchen/dining room has a country rustic feel with an impressive main beam,  traditional dresser  and a large dining table which will make this a wonderful area for socialising and family meals. Two attractive bedrooms and a bathroom are to be found on the first floor and in addition a snug room is light bright and airy and offers  additional space to contemplate the day's activities.  Steps lead up to a small patio area adjacent to the cottage with table and chairs and provides an ideal location for relaxing after a day on the beach, cycling on the Tarka Trail that runs through the village or enjoying the surf at the magnificent sandy, surfing beaches of Saunton and Croyde each within a ten minute drive.

Accommodation: Ground Floor. Entrance to Kitchen/Dining room with electric cooker/oven, fridge, freezer, microwave and washing machine. Living room with Smart TV and DVD player, feature fireplace (woodburner not available). First Floor. Steep stairs to open plan study/second living area. Bedroom 1 with Double. Bedroom 2 with Twin. Bathroom with separate shower cubicle, bath with shower attachment, wash basin and WC.

Facilities and Services: Linen & towels. Gas CH. Shared Wi-Fi. No smoking. One well behaved pet welcome. Garden furniture. No cot is provided please bring your own travel cot. Driveway parking for one or two cars (not suitable for cars with low clearance). Short breaks available. Arr/Dep for weekly bookings is Saturday.
