Characterful 16th century cottage enjoying a fantastic location in the village of Saunton, just a twenty minute walk (partly on main road) to the sandy beach, with its café and surf school.

This property enjoys a quiet rural location, and yet is just a two minute drive to one of the area s most popular beaches at Saunton Sands. This family friendly beach offers a beachside cafe, surfboard hire and beach hut hire. The neighbouring village of Braunton is home to Braunton Burrows, an amazing sand dune system, which has been designated Man and the Biosphere Reserve. The surrounding area has many more beaches to enjoy, including those at Croyde and Woolacombe, whilst golfers will be pleased to discover that Saunton is home to an 18 hole championship course.
