The apartment also offers underfloor heating, so it’s easy to wind down and warm up after a walk along the nearby Southwest Coastal Path.
Now for the bedrooms, when was the last time you stepped out of bed and straight outside to be greeted with a sea view? There’s balcony access from the master bedroom too, so you’ll be able take time out watching the waves first thing in the morning and last thing at night. This apartment is situated on the ground floor with direct access to the grounds, however due to its coastal location is accessible exclusively by stairs, either internally through the building or via the external staircase.

Our 4th visit to Ocean Ooint and our second to number 4. The apartment had everything we needed and Vicki and Paul were very helpful when I wasn’t able to open the washing machine door on our last day. The place was spotless. The views along the beach are magnificent.

We have stayed in this accommodation many times, and it has always been exceptionally clean and comfortable. The couple who manage these apartments , Vicky and Kevin have always gone over and above to ensure our stay has been trouble free. Very east access to a wonderful beach with a beach cafe open for drinks and snacks and only a short drive or bus ride away from Braunton Centre which has a great selection of restaurants to suit all tastes. The Saunton Sands Hotel is virtually next door to Ocean Point for evening drinks or meals as it is open to non residents. I can thoroughly recommend this apartment.
