The market town of Barnstaple is less than 3 miles away and has a plethora of shops and places to eat and the well known Butchers Row with its unique independent shops. If it s the beach you're looking for Saunton Sands is 10 miles away, Croyde is 13 miles which is known to be a mecca for surfing or 14 miles is Woolacombe which has 3 miles of sandy beaches. Venture further and there is RHS Rosemoor with more than sixty five acres of stunning gardens to look around and a visit to the UK's only remaining glass factory, Dartington Crystal being15 miles away. As you enter through the hallway, you will see that this barn has been lovingly decorated, with underfloor heating throughout.
