This spacious barn conversion warmly welcomes up to ten guests and your four-legged friends to enjoy a slice of rural paradise. With five lovely bedrooms, a magical hot tub and rolling countryside vistas as far as the eye can see, luxury and comfort are promised here.

Enter on the ground floor where you are invited to spend quality time with loved ones. With triple-height vaulted wood ceilings and exposed stone walls, the space oozes with character. The sitting room boasts comfortable sofas, a crackling wood burning stove and a Smart television. Above, sits the cosy mezzanine reading snug, where you can get lost in a good book from the well-stocked library, or simply enjoy unspoilt valley views. Cooking and dining as a family is a breeze in the spacious kitchen/dining area, fully equipped with everything you'll need during your stay, including a four-door electric Aga, coffee machine and dining table with seating for 10 guests. Bedroom 3 completes the ground floor, accessed from the sitting room via 6 steps, it boasts a sumptuous super king-size bed, an en-suite shower room and direct access to the sunroom that opens onto your sunny terrace and enclosed garden.

Head up to the first floor and discover two lovely bedrooms. Bedroom two sits beside the mezzanine snug, with a king-size bed, balcony and family bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom and the hallway. Bedroom one provides the comfort of a super king-size bed, a wonderful Juliet balcony, an en-suite bathroom and a dressing room. You can also book an extra child’s single bed for this suite. You will find two twin bedrooms on the second floor. Please note, one of these bedrooms is accessed via bedroom one below.

The magic only continues outdoors, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you can soak up serene views across North Devon’s stunning rural landscapes. A standout feature of Old Barn is the expansive decking area, with a bubbling hot tub, garden furniture, sun loungers, chiminea and a large table, perfect for alfresco feasts cooked over the barbecue. The sun-soaked deck is perfectly positioned to enjoy picturesque views across Coulscott’s lush Devon valley. After a day of exploring your stunning coastal and countryside location, unwind in the bubbling hot tub until the moon and stars appear.

Old Barn is situated at Coulscott Cottages, a private estate boasting a plethora of additional facilities to enjoy during your stay. Whether you wish to swim in the wonderful indoor heated swimming pool or explore 17 acres of unspoilt countryside. Discover beautiful gardens, meandering footpaths, ponds, meadows, streams, an orchard and a wonderful kitchen garden, where you can pick your own vegetables and herbs to enjoy with dinner! Other facilities include; a games room, wooden playground, lookout seating area, 5 a-side football pitch, a badminton and tennis court, croquet, boules, cricket and a pitch and putt golf course. You can also say hello to the friendly animals on site or enjoy some self care with a private yoga session, relaxing facial or massage in the comfort of your holiday haven, just speak with the owner directly. Please note, the beauty of this estate is shared with six other holiday cottages, all properties have their own private areas to enjoy.
