Three bedrooms are also dotted throughout the property, two of which are en-suite facilities attached to inviting bedrooms, and the last is a family bathroom with a bath over shower to soak in after a dip in the pool.

The heritage town of Tiverton is just 11 miles away, a splendid destination for a day out. Visit the castle, and mosey along the River Exe or take a walk or bike ride along the Grand Western Canal Route with its 11 bridges along the 24-mile stretch. This canal path will lead all the way to the Somerset town of Taunton, also just a short drive away (13.5 miles). The coast can be reached in 20 miles, with coastal destinations, Sidmouth (17.5 miles) and Seaton (19 miles), both offering wonderful beaches and other traditional seaside fare.
