Lovely views across fields. Everyone enjoyed the Hot tub. You can order home deliveries which helps as no near shops.

We did not feel what was advertised was a true reflection of the site. We did not expect to have to tell the children to stay away from rubbish and the remains of old pods as there was broken plastic, large screws etc. We were also disappointed with the amount of problems we came across in the lodge which we spoke to owner about. We shouldn't have had to lock the door with a chair, have a bedroom door with 1 handle or not be able to have a bath because it didnât keep water in. We even had to turn a mattress over as the springs were poking through and that is to only list a few. So disappointing.

There were a couple of small problems but were sorted out immediately. I will definitely be recommending Box Tree Escapes. Thereâs only one little thing to note and that is the lack of hanging space for clothes in the room with bunk beds. The room isnât big enough for a wardrobe but maybe a hanging bar behind the door on the wall instead. Fantastic stay and we will be rebooking
