You can peek through the windows and enjoy the horses as they are tacked up for their daily exercise and from the kitchen you can watch them file past on their twice daily trip out to the gallops on the opposite side of the road. A pristine and impressively well equipped kitchen has a dining area for family meals and there is a useful ground floor shower room. Three elegant and comfortable bedrooms are on the first floor, the master, an opulent room with striking French renaissance style furnishings and bed, with views over the stables. The main bathroom is spacious and luxurious with double-ended tub, separate shower cubicle, guest toiletries and luxury bathrobes adding a boutique touch. Outside a delightfully pretty, enclosed gravel garden is also used for parking along with a furnished patio area for outside dining and relaxation. Kintyre Cottage is dog friendly and guests can use the gallops when not in use to exercise dogs, and there are countryside walks from the doorstep. A tour of the stables can also be arranged through the owners for those who wish to meet the horses. The village pub is just under a mile away, and the shops, supermarkets and M5 at Cullompton is a five minute drive. Visit the Devon and Dorset Jurassic Coastal resorts including Lyme Regis, Beer and Branscombe all just is under a 45 min journey. Ideally placed for exploring, both Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks can easily be reached and for family fun, Crealy Adventure Park and Escot are great days out. Totally unspoiled, the landscape is laced with rivers, streams, woodland and farmland and famed for its community of high quality food producers. Dulford lies on the A373 the main trunk road that connects Cullompton to Honiton, providing easy access to the East Devon and Dorset Jurassic coast resorts such as Lyme Regis, Seaton and Beer. Also conveniently placed for the M5 at Cullompton both Dartmoor and Exmoor are within easy reach as is the South Devon coastline. The city of Exeter is 16 miles and the pretty estuary village of Topsham can be reached in roughly half and hour.
