Stepping outside, a sunny patio with bistro table and chairs leads onto a larger enclosed pebbled courtyard that’s perfect for four-legged friends.
The small riverside town of Bampton is home to historic architecture and a string of independent shops, pubs and bistros. Just 7 miles north lies the spectacular Exmoor National Park, offering unlimited walking opportunities and hearty meals in dog-friendly pubs. Wimbleball Lake (10 miles) is a wonderful spot for walking, watersports, fishing and birdwatching, while a little further afield the coastal towns of North Devon are full of character. For more amenities, visit the towns of Dulverton (6 miles) and Tiverton (7 miles).
