Owls Cottage is a cosy, semi-detached two-bedroom cottage, set on one level on the grounds of the owners’ home, along with two other holiday cottages. Spend your days exploring the countryside with your four-legged friend, before returning to your cosy abode, complete with an open-plan living space, hot tub and a BBQ for the ultimate alfresco experience. Located just a few minutes drive from the East Devon village of Woodbury Salterton, this is an ideal base for a family or a couple wanting to explore the best Devon has to offer.

Step inside the living/dining area which is comfortably furnished with seating, a dining table and chairs and a Smart TV where you can enjoy a film marathon. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the appliances needed to prepare delicious feasts or snacks. The ground floor is completed with two double bedrooms, one of which has a kingsize bed and the other has a standard double bed. The family wet room is fitted with an open shower, heated towel, toilet and sink. Venturing outside, further highlights await in the shape of a delightful little enclosed patio area with garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and also the fabulous feature of a private four-seater hot tub.

The Jurassic coast beaches at Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton are just a 20-minute drive away and the desirable villages of Woodbury, Lympstone and Topsham situated on the Exe Estuary are all within a 10-minute drive. Exmouth’s two-mile sandy beach on the Jurassic coastline offers excellent water sports facilities and the beach links to the South West Coastal Path and the Exe Estuary Cycle Trail. From November to February, the Exe Estuary is home to some 20,000 migratory birds and the red sandstone cliffs of Orcombe Point at the eastern end of the beach are designated the gateway to the World Heritage Jurassic Coast. Dartmoor National Park is just a 30-minute drive away. Beach 7 miles. Pub and restaurant ½ mile.
