This one bedroom cottage has a wonderful verandah with extensive countryside views - a great spot for relaxing with a beer or a coffee. Sitting just outside Axminster, accommodation is over two floors with an open-plan living space the French doors opening onto the verandah. There’s plenty of room to park at the property too.

This dog-friendly property is delightful - get out and about and discover quiet footpaths and beautiful bridleways, village pubs and of course the beautiful beaches of East Devon. The village of Shute is closeby and the Saxon market town of Colyton is about a 10 minutes drive with its individual shops and cafes. Take a tram and ride alongside the River Axe wetlands to Seaton, the gateway to the Jurassic Coast. This is East Devon’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty so have fun!
