Snaptrip says

Guests are generally delighted with Breakwater, praising its cleanliness, superb location, and comfort. The apartment's sea views and proximity to local amenities are highlights, alongside its well-equipped nature and thoughtful touches. Some minor maintenance issues and a request for additional keys were noted.

Guests that stayed at this property said

The property is consistently described as exceptionally clean, with multiple reviews highlighting its spotless condition upon arrival. One isolated complaint about mould and blood on bedding suggests a rare lapse, but overall, the cleanliness is highly commended.

The location is superb, with the apartment being right on the beach and within easy walking distance to local amenities. The sea views are frequently mentioned and appreciated, contributing to the high score.

Comfort is well-regarded, with guests finding the apartment spacious and well-appointed. The presence of a second TV and PS3 was a pleasant surprise for younger guests. A single report of noise from other occupants slightly impacts the score.

Facilities are generally praised, including the provision of Netflix and good wifi, although one guest mentioned weak wifi. The well-equipped nature of the apartment is noted, but some maintenance issues like damp patches and electrical problems are areas for improvement.

While guests appreciate the well-equipped apartment and a welcome package, there is insufficient information to determine the consistency of thoughtful gestures such as gifts. Therefore, a score cannot be provided, and guests should note that such extras are not guaranteed.

Lovely views, clean apartment and very comfortable. Lyme Bay Holidays were very quick to react when we had a problem with the electric tripping out one morning and their fitter was very helpful.
