Enjoying a wonderful position in the seaside town of Seaton is this large four-storey townhouse, Bay Tree House, providing a beautiful family holiday home in Devon. Boasting high ceilings, contemporary style and several living areas with fantastic sea views, Bay Tree House offers up to 16 guests a fabulous coastal retreat. Discover an attractive sitting room on the ground floor to unwind in, with large bay windows offering plenty of light to all of the front rooms, and hues of blue in the décor creating a tranquil ambiance as you soak in the views of the ocean. Make your way through the property to find an amply equipped kitchen hosting a range cooker, along with a separated dining room to convene in at the end of a day of adventures. Bring the conversation up to the third floor settled within the eaves where a contemporary open-plan living space boasts a kitchen area, breakfast bar and soft seating before the Smart TV, great for the younger generation to use as a chill out space. The beautiful bedrooms are spread over the first and second floors, with

one generous king size bedroom and a twin, another double bedroom and one bunk bed room on the second floor and another two generous king size bedrooms, a double bedroom and another twin room on the first floor, with five of the double rooms boasting en-suite bathrooms. Each bedroom has been lovingly furnished in accordance with the rest of the property's high quality decoration, with plenty of storage and TVs in some of the rooms, offering elegant spaces to settle down in. The location of Bay Tree House is just a short stroll from the beautiful beach where you'll discover it to be a haven for watersports enthusiasts all year round, with kayaks and paddle-boards available for hire locally, it's a scenic spot to enjoy overlooking the picturesque Lyme Bay. Seaton is a seaside town and fishing harbour resting on the south coast in Devon, 21.1 miles away from exciting Exmouth. Within the centre, you will find a superb collection of places to eat, drink and shop, as well as access to a shingle beach and a small harbour.

    Everything, apart from personal items was provided. Always lovely and warm, spacious rooms, hot showers etc. Excellent communication from the owner Victoria, She also left us a welcome hamper, which was a nice touch. Would return again anytime.
