As soon as we turned into the drive all our stresses melted away. Sara met us with a wonderful welcome, and ensured we had everything we needed. She had also made us some freshly baked Apple Cake (wow - it was delicious!) - you will definitely break the diet for it! The Hayloft had it all - warm and cosy with an easy to use log burners, a pristinely clean hot tub and a view across the hills to die for.⥠Bed was ultra comfy, and oh so quiet - we slept like logs. Short walk to the village pub - which was brilliant (food / service the lot) If Carlsberg made weekends for a couple to retreat and de-stress, it would be a stay at the Hayloft!

Absolute first rate hosts who bent over backwards to ensure our stay was perfect. The cottage was luxurious, very well equipped and maintained. The Christmas tree was a lovely, thoughtful and much appreciated touch. Hot tub was at a gorgeous temperature and we enjoyed star gazing as there's no light pollution. We didn't switch on the TV, the log burner was enough entertainment. A truly magical stay. Thank you.

Everything was perfect and the owners were excellent throughout our stay. The hot tub must have been the cleanest we have ever used and checked daily. We would definitely stay at this cottage again and it is set in the most idyllic location.
