The stunning cathedral city of Exeter is slightly further afield which boasts an array of shops bars restaurants cinemas and theatre and the pretty market town of Honiton is even closer and is a mecca for antique hunters. The ever popular and world renowned Jurassic Coast and the delightful seaside resorts of Lyme Regis Seaton Sidmouth and Exmouth are also within driving distance as well as Beer Branscombe and Budleigh Salterton. Other attractions include Escot Gardens and numerous National Trust properties. Once you have arrived following the curve of the path through the ancient broadleaved woods rising above you is a beautiful large English oak tree. On looking further up towards the sky embracing the trunk is the remarkable tree house. To access the tree house head up the narrow spiral staircase where you step onto the private balcony area. Step into your unique retreat where you will find yourself in the studio style open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/sleeping area which consists of a kitchen/diner lounge and bedroom area. The kitchen includes a two ring gas hob combi microwave fridge/freezer kettle and a dining table and chairs. The lounge allows you to sit back relax and enjoy a good movie on the TV/DVD in front of the wood burner and the bedroom area offers a cosy double bed for a good night s rest. Heading back out onto the balcony area and to the right of the staircase is a fully equipped shower room with shower and WC. The balcony area is a truly remarkable space perfect for al fresco dining with the wood burner crackling in the background or enjoy an evening under the stars.
