Settle on the sofas to watch TV or take in the leafy views from the table. Prepare meals for your party in the modern kitchen area then dine together. Members of your party might also like to play table tennis or air hockey in the games room. Find a utility room close by. Bedrooms at the barn include two super-king-sizes, with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twins in advance, plus a bunk bedroom and a king-size, with en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom and an additional separate WC. Spill out into the garden on sunny days to light the BBQ, relax in the hot tub or doze off in a hammock. Find room to store cycles and other outdoor equipment in the games room and parking for three cars at the barn.

Lace up your walking boots or hop on your bikes and head straight out from home to explore the Blackdown Hills or the East Devon Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Drive 11 miles down to the coast at Sidmouth to spend the day playing on the sand and splashing in the sea.
