About this Bed and Breakfast

Stylish and elegant Malindi Bed and Breakfast in Exmouth offers exceptional accommodation at an affordable price and a warm welcome.  Situated just a short stroll from Exmouth town centre and transport links, we have a selection of individually designed guest rooms all with either ensuite or private bathroom facilities. The B&B has wonderful views across to the estuary and coastline and includes onsite parking and free WiFi.  A delicious full English breakfast is also included in your stay. 

Amenities and attractions are all within easy reach.  Exmouth seafront and two miles of golden sandy beach is only a 2 minute stroll away and the town centre with its choice of shops, bars and restaurants a mere 3 minutes' walk from our door.  Exeter, the Jurassic Coast and unique National Trust property A la Ronde are all within easy reach.  Our B&B also sits adjacent to Plymouth University making it ideal accommodation for prospective students and their parents visiting the university. 

Guest Rooms

Five beautifully appointed guest bedrooms are available each with their own individual charm and style.  All rooms have free WiFi, central heating, a TV, tea and coffee making facilities and either ensuite or private bathroom facilities.

The Black and White Room with 1 double bed, located on the top floor with fabulous views across Exmouth towards the estuary.  This room includes a private bathroom.

The Purple Room with 1 double and 1 single bed plus a private bathroom.  This room is bright, offering ample space and views towards Exmouth and the estuary. 

The Yellow Room with 2 single beds.  A bright and homely room with a stunning bay window and en-suite bathroom.

The Pink Room with 1 double and 1 single bed.  Recently decorated and with a vintage feel, this room has spectacular views towards Exmouth and the estuary.

The Annex is self-contained with 1 double and 1 single bed, a kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and bedroom facilities.  This room also has great views and that extra special luxury feel.

A full English breakfast is included in booking served in our light and airy breakfast room.
