Fully double glazed and central heated, with front opening French double doors onto large 8ft wrap enclosed gated veranda with patio table and chairs.

We are child friendly and we can supply at no additional cost if needed, a high-chair, travel cot and child's plastic plates, bowls and cups etc, we do also supply for your use whilst at the caravan several DVDs.

Lounge - there is ample contemporary freestanding furniture, flatscreen TV, DVD player with various DVD's and gas fire.

Kitchen - Furnished to a high standard with large fridge freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob cooker and extractor fan. All utensils are provided and cooking pots and pans. Cutlery and crockery is provided for your use.

Dining Area - Freestanding table and chairs.

Bedrooms - Main double bedroom with room at the end of the bed for travel cot if needed with access through door to main bathroom. 1 X twin bedroom with beds that can be pushed together to create a double bed. Sleeps six in total using the bed settee in the lounge.

All the bedrooms are provided with duvets and pillows.

Bedlinen is not provided but we are able to provide linen and beds made up for your arrival at an additional cost if required.

Please bring your own tea towels, washing up liquid, sponges and toilet paper etc.

Bathroom - Fully fitted shower, toilet and wash basin with cabinet.

Veranda - Large 8 foot wrap around decking with steps and gated access for security. Patio table and chairs are provided fir your use on the veranda. Beautiful seaviews over Lyme Bay and Exmouth.

Situation - The caravan is situated in a quiet area of Devon Cliffs, in a no through road and is quiet and great for children.
