In a neat row of four houses 500 meters from the beach and Coast Path in Exmouth is this smart townhouse. Rambling over three storeys, this welcoming accommodation is suitable for families or friends looking to enjoy this lovely coastal spot. The front door leads you into the hall, and from there into your smart sitting room, a relaxing space with leather sofas, TV and electric fire. The smart kitchen is an ideal room for preparing meals to enjoy in the dining area up a couple of steps. Head on up to two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, and up again to the top floor and its double bedroom with a glimpse of the coast and a shower room.

Outside, at the back, is an enclosed seating area where you can enjoy barbecues, plus covered storage for your bikes and beach stuff. That will come in handy if you choose to take advantage of the great cycle tracks which lead to the city of Exeter or across the water on the ferry to Starcross. Stay within Exmouth and you have plenty to entertain you, with shops, pubs, a cinema, theatre, and of course the long and lovely sandy beach. Here you can try sailing, windsurfing, bird watching or walking on the Coast Path. With Dartmoor not far away, 2 Carlton Mews is perfectly positioned for exploring coast and countryside.

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see

    Very comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. It is spotlessly clean & we would recommend it to anyone. Its great having 2 parking spaces as well. It is also within easy reach of the beach & town.
