Parking: Private parking space to the front of the cottage, plus parking in the lanes nearby. Also additional parking in the village car park, a 10 minute walk away, reasonably priced weekly ticket, £25 pw, entitles parking in other East Devon District Council car parks.

Additional information:Pets most welcome at £30 pw or part week, per pet. Access information available on request.

Short Breaks: These are available between October and March excluding school and Bank Holidays.

Location and Area:Beer, a seaside Devon village was runner up for ‘Village of the Year’, 2018.

A 10-minute walk to the shops, restaurants, traditional inns, sheltered beach with fishing trips, sailing, rock pooling, small family run beach cafes, deck chairs and local fish for sale. The Jubilee Gardens with seating and small play park overlooks the pretty cove with fantastic views of the cliffs and sea.

Spectacular cliff top walks along the Heritage Coast footpaths to the seaside village of Branscombe in one direction and to Seaton and Lyme Regis along the National Nature Reserve in the other. So much to see and do in the village – Beer Quarry Caves and Pecorama model railway with pleasure Gardens plus Seaton Tramway and the Axe Estuary, 5-minute drive away.

A wonderful home in this pretty seaside village.

    Had a lovely stay at Annie’s Cottage…warm, cosy, clean and in a great location. Few minutes' walk to the beach set in quiet quaint village. Bed also very comfy…would highly recommend.
