Higher Treliver Piggery is an addition to Higher Treliver Farmhouse, catering for two in the cosy Out building located just yards away in the garden. Ideal for family members or friends who want their own space away from the hustle of the main house. The Piggery is set on one floor with twin beds, a shower room, and pretty garden at the front of the building with patio furniture. Offering a luxurious eco Scandinavian style wood fired Hot tub, privately situated in the garden. This property is beautifully decorated to reflect the farmhouse complex with a modernised style. Situated in North Cornwall this property is a short drive away from Padstow, many beautiful beaches and coastal paths and The Eden Project. 

Book the Higher Treliver Piggery in correlation to Higher Treliver Farmhouse to cater for 10 guests. Please note this property is unable to be booked individually.  

Sleeps: 10- sleeping 8 in the Farmhouse and 2 in the Piggery.

Bedrooms: Four in the Farmhouse and one in the Piggery.

Beds: Four in the Farmhouse- 1 x Kingsize (5’), 2 x Double beds (4'6"), 1 x twin (3’). One in the Piggery 1 x twin (3’).

Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property.

Accessibility: Property set over one floor.

Kitchen and utilities: In main house. Kettle and cups/ glasses provided. 

Facilities for families: Travel cot and highchair. 

Outside: Enclosed patio, garden furniture, barbecue, fire pit and hot tub (included in cost).

Pets: Two pets welcome- £25 per week per pet.

Parking: Parking provided.

Nearest beach: 7 miles.

Nearest amenities: 0.2 miles.

Changeover time: Check in at 4pm. Check out at 9am.

General: Woodburner, electric heater, heated towel rail.
