Overall though a lovely apartment which we would recommend. Our stay was at number 8.

The property has modern decor within that has a very fresh feel, and is very spacious too. It is perfectly located to get to the popular tourist attractions such as Padstow, Wadebridge and beaches like Constantine Bay. The local pub is literally a few hundred metres away and serves some good ales but we walked to The Pickwick Inn, only a mile and a half walk down the back lanes, which served excellent beer and cider supported by a good dining menu. The only two remarks I would make about the property is that the shower does tend to splash out onto the floor as the tray is not large enough and is too shallow. The other thing is that I really do not appreciate notices that are posted on the walls giving you various details and instructions about the property. It makes you feel like you are in an institution like a school or hospital, not a good look!! I fully appreciate the content of the notices and am grateful for the knowledge shared but please please please put them all in a nice folder instead; that would be so much more user friendly and allow the owners to make changes and additions without taking posters of the wall and leaving marks behind. Leaving it out on the dining table would ensure that it would not be overlooked by occupants. We had a most enjoyable stay here and our dog felt very at home. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Would definitely stop again. Only criticism is late check in 5pm yet check out 9am this is now getting ridiculous so prices should reflect this.
