A lovely holiday let. The welcome pack and cream tea we're a thoughtful touch and was appreciated.It is reached by a narrow lane, so be prepared for that. Parts of the farm are accessible for walking. A lovely part of a Barn conversion and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely break at Roosters Rest. It was a thoughtfully equipped, very clean and comfortable place. The towels and bed linen were excellent quality, and sockets were plentiful, while there were nice touches like real plants . The view was beautiful and every morning just listening to the bird song was a delight. The owner was around if needed, helpful but not intrusive. The welcome pack was wonderful, generous and full of local items.This was a great place to be with a dog, and both nearby beaches were dog friendly, as were the local pubs. It is on three floors which might be an issue for some guests, but bathrooms and outside space on two of the levels meant this was easier to manage than anticipated.
